PCC Katy Bourne met with all Sussex MPs to talk about policing and crime and lobby government for fairer funding. Amongst the topics discussed were: road safety; antisocial behaviour; the upcoming Crime & Justice Bill; prisons and the early release scheme; children, young people and schools; police officer numbers and recruitment; as well as local opportunities to prevent re-offending. Sussex's Chief Constable Shiner was also in attendance.
