Prostate Cancer Research Foundation

I raised over £5,000 for the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation in memory of my father by completing the Flora London Marathon 2009.

I have strong family army connections – my paternal grandfather was a decorated RSM and my husband Kevin is an ex-soldier/Falklands veteran. As a result, I am aware of the tremendous challenges facing soldiers when they return from active service.

I have now raised £1,400 for The Afghanistan Trust which helps families of wounded Paras returning from Afghanistan. As a treat, I did a tandem sky-dive with members of the Red Devils (the Paras skydiving team) in September 2009. Check out the video!
